"The day after Boxing Day my husband phoned for an appointment as I had broken a tooth over the christmas period. I was Not in any pain - I was booked in for Friday 12th but asked if they had any cancellations could they phone me. Since then I had chipped another tooth - which was making my tongue sore. Luckily for me I had a cancellation appt today and was glad to accept. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would not wish to change my dentist. I was treated with respect and kindness which certainly helps - when patients are as frightened of the dentist - NOT that I need to be anymore. On more than one occasion previous to my visit to-day - I have needed emergency treatment and without fail they have given me an appointment and seen me the same day! I have been a patient for many years and would recommend The Bays to anyone. Thank you."

"The staff are friendly, and the dentist is brilliant. I can honestly say that when I had a filling last time, I didn’t actually feel the needle go in for the injection! That’s never happened before...ever! Mind you when the toothed came out a few weeks later, that was a different matter :-| My dentist is Sarah Jacobs. She talks to me about what’s going on, what the options are, and checks regularly throughout any procedures that I am happy with what’s going on. This is a far cry from the dentists of years ago, and it makes the whole experience so much better. I used to get butterfly’s in my stomach when in the waiting room or in ‘The Chair’ but since Sarah’s predecessor, (Gregory Edwardes I think he was called), that all changed. Sarah has carried on with the patient care that makes it all a better experience. I wouldn’t change dentists. Highly recommend:-)"
