Dr Hannah Matysiak - Poplawska is a dentist with over 20 years of experience. She graduated from medical university in Bialystok, later obtaining a First-Degree specialisation. Since 2004 she has completed many courses, with a focus on cosmetic treatments for adults. She has a special interest in veneers, alignment of teeth and facial aesthetics. After completing an advanced 6 Months Smile course in London, she is committed to providing a bespoke and quick service to her patients; giving them the perfect smile. Other than 6 Months Smile; Hanna also provides Quick Straight Teeth and ClearCorrect aligners making people smile again. Our patients describe Hanna to be highly experienced, confident and caring. In Hanna's spare time she enjoys sailing and walking her dog on the beach.

Sara Belo graduated from the University of Porto with a Master's degree in Dentistry in 2016. She has a passion for rebuilding patients' smiles with minimally invasive techniques using teeth straightening, to improve the appearance of the smile, yet by preserving as much natural tooth as possible. Sara has completed many postgraduate courses in the field of Orthodontics; which is the area of dentistry that deals with diagnosing, preventing, and correcting mal-positioned teeth and jaws, and misaligned bite patterns; allowing her to expand her knowledge to be able to treat even the more complex cases. Sara works exclusively in the field of Orthodontics and provides clear aligner treatment as well as treatment with fixed braces. She has focused her practice on mastering the biomechanics of Clear Aligners and has completed post-graduate courses specifically in this area, which allows her to treat a vast range of complex cases with clear aligner therapy using Invisalign aligners. Sara has been awarded Platinum Elite provider in Invisalign, and provides clear aligner treatment to children, teens, and adults. Sara enjoys treating patients of all ages and is known to be very gentle and caring even among patients with a fear of dentists.

Deepthi qualified in India in 2004, and went on to take the Statutory exam in 2008. She has continued to build upon her skills and in 2015 completed a Masters degree in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Manchester. Deepthi has completed the Dr. Brian Franks Facial Aesthetics courses I Foundation, Lip Augmentation and Dermal Fillers. She has completed many hours of courses in post-graduate dentistry and is dedicated to the newest advancements in aesthetic dentistry and keeps up to date with the latest technologies. Deepthi is committed to providing patients with quality clinical care and ensures that patient care always comes first. When Deepthi is not practicing her passion for aesthetic dentistry, she spends most of her time with her lovely husband and children and is an avid cook.

I graduated from Newcastle University in 2014 before completing my training with another year working in Sheffield. After a brief spell in my home town of Newcastle, I then travelled to New Zealand where I spent 2 years working privately in the North Island. There I developed my skills with further courses in One-visit crowns (CEREC) and a number of restorative courses, as well as embracing Kiwi culture and travelling at weekends. At {my}dentist I have further progressed my career by training in both Invisalign and Clear Correct invisible braces. I believe in minimally invasive dentistry to help my patients.

Dr Laura Johnson qualified from leeds university with distinction in 2018. At leeds Laura studied for a masters degree where she researched the impact of antibiotics in dentistry. She achieved the Williamson medal for paediatric dentistry due to her keen interest and skills in managing dental disease in children. After graduating she spent time working as an NHS dentist on the southcoast in Brighton, before she decided to move back home to Cheshire. Dr Johnson is passionate about providing high quality care, especially for anxious patients. She is dedicated to using the latest techniques for a more comfortable experience and hopes to complete training in sedation in the future.

Dr David Gillbanks qualified with a BSc (Hons) from the University of Liverpool in 2009 in Human Anatomy and Cell Biology. After spending several years as a care worker he went on to study dentistry and qualified in 2015 with a BDS (Hons) from the Universities of Exeter and Plymouth, having lived and studied in Exeter, Plymouth and Truro. He began working for {my}dentist in 2016 at the Rock Ferry branch before transferring to Chester full-time in 2017. He generally takes a minimally-invasive approach to treatment with a holistic focus on oral health. David also offers simple orthodontic treatment using the Invisalign Go and Clear Correct aligner systems, and offers treatment in Denture Of Excellence to patients at the practice with specific care to patients personal needs. Dr gillbanks is also qualified to perform simple restoration of implants.

Dr Hussam Hussien BDS, MFDS RCS Ed, MFGDP UK, MSc R&A, PGCert Clin Ed Hussam is a proficient dentist, experienced in Restorative and Aesthetic dentistry, dental implants, and aesthetic orthodontics. He graduated in 2010 and has gained a Masters in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry from the University of Manchester in 2017. He has attended the Dental Implant Diploma by the Royal College of Surgeons, with emphasis on maintaining consistent and predictable high-quality results, using advanced and up to date practices. He was awarded the diploma of Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, as well as the diploma of the Membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practice. He is also a member of the International Team of Implantology (ITI) and is a founding member of the College of General Dentistry. After achieving a postgraduate certificate in Clinical Education from the University of Edinburgh, Hussam engaged in clinical teaching for overseas dentists, along with dentists in the North West Deanery. David graduated from Newcastle University in 2018 with a merit in academic dentistry and a distinction in clinical dentistry. He recently completed a 2 year training scheme for which he worked between general practice and Newcastle Dental Hospital. During this time he gained vast experience in restorative dentistry, oral surgery, child dental health and sedation to list a few! David is passionate about providing minimally invasive dentistry and improving oral health. David has a keen interest in private cosmetic dental work and is keen to incorporate modern digital dentistry into his clinical workflow. He is a certified provider of both Clear-Correct and Invisalign Go clear aligners treatments and particularly likes combining orthodontic and restorative treatment alongside each other to provide patients with an aesthetic outcome that is both functional and long-term. Away from dentistry he enjoys running and spending time with his sausage dog – Frankie.

Laura graduated from the University of Leeds in 2018 with a distinction. After graduating she successfully completed her dental foundation training in Hull in 2019. During this time she participated in the nationally-recognised ‘Teeth Team’ initiative which provided a great insight into child dental health. Laura was awarded the prestigious FGDP (Faculty of General Dental Practice UK) ‘Best Milestone Case’ for her scheme as well as a highly commended clinical case. She returned back to the North East in 2019 and has continued to develop further skills involving oral surgery and restorative dentistry. Laura is passionate about using minimally invasive dentistry and educating patients in maintaining excellent oral hygiene and preventing dental diseases. She is a certified provider of both Clear-Correct and Invisalign Go clear aligners. She is keen to incorporate modern dental techniques into her work and has underwent further training in ‘Smilefast’. She is interested in combining both orthodontic and restorative treatment to provide patients with long-term aesthetic and functional treatments. In October 2021 she will be commencing a highly recognised post-graduate year long programme in ‘Cosmetic Dentistry and Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry’. Outside of work Laura enjoys cooking, exercising and travelling.

Ahmed qualified BDS Sudan in 2013. In 2014 he completed his License of Dental surgery and then went on to complete his Membership of Faculty of Dental Surgery 2016 in Glasgow. Ahmed has a keen interest in Implantology, cosmetic and full oral rehabilitation, and digital dentistry with an added interest in patients' wellbeing and making them smile again. Patients are his priority and he's a firm believer in individuality and patients' uniqueness, with the aim to offer the best dentistry to give them the desired healthy beautiful smile. A creation of a patient-centered treatment with elements of a digital workflow is his aim. Ahmed is a qualified Invisalign provider and can offer short- and long-term braces. He is also confident in routine and complex implant cases including bone grafting and full arch implants. Outside of work Ahmed enjoys dancing (Cuban, Salsa, Kizomba and bachata) he enjoys traveling and exploring all over the world and enjoys scuba diving and most sports.

Miguel graduated Dentistry in Portugal in 2006 and relocated to the UK in November of the same year where he worked in Worcester, moving to Norwich in 2011, providing both NHS and Private cosmetic dental procedures. Having a young family keeps Miguel very busy, but he has still found time to excel within his career. He completed a Post-Graduate Degree in implants in 2008 in Portugal, and finished his Master’s Degree in Orthodontics at Warwick University in 2019. Between spending time playing football and tennis with his 6 year old son, bicycle riding with his family and visiting the family in Portugal, Miguel has comfortably found his natural aptitude as a dental lecturer, teaching orthodontics and cosmetic Dentistry and motivating dentists from around the UK. Miguel provides several types of cosmetic teeth alignment and orthodontic appliances, from aligners, metal braces, clear braces and lingual braces. But most of all, Miguel enjoys not only changing smiles, but mainly changing lives.

Dr. Ip, Tin-Wai, originally from Canada, moved to Sheffield in 2010. Graduating in 2016, she obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Sheffield. Tin enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is enthusiastic about promoting a preventative approach to dental care. Following her belief in giving back to the community, she has provided for the dental needs of school children with "Teeth Team UK", "DentAid" and participated in voluntary dental missions to serve high needs children overseas in Vietnam with "East Meets West." She is committed to providing the best dental care possible to her patients and is enrolled in courses to provide short-term adult orthodontics and flexible dentures. Tin is currently a member of the British Dental Association and Dental Protection. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, yoga, and spending time with her main coon cat.
