Am I eligible for AppToPay, Pay in 3*?

This is a credit product. To be eligible for AppToPay you must be aged 18 or over and be a UK resident with 3 years UK address history. Your application approval is subject to AppToPay reviewing the details you provide and your financial circumstances. A full credit search will be required when you initially apply for your AppToPay, but not for any further purchases afterwards.

What can I use AppToPay for?

You can use AppToPay to pay for treatments between £100 - £500. AppToPay, pay in 3*, is particularly suited to cosmetic, aesthetic, orthodontic or dental implant work. Please ask a member of our reception team if you would like to know more and check if your treatment is eligible.

How do I make payments for AppToPay?

The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from your bank account by Direct Debit. You can monitor your payment schedule in our app as well as turning on push notifications for helpful reminders when you have a payment due. If you make other purchases, they’ll all be put together in one bundle Direct Debit Payment.

How much will I pay?

You will be given a quotation that shows the monthly payments due, AppToPay, pay in 3*, is an interest-free product. There are no hidden costs, and an up-front deposit is not necessary.

What are the repayment terms?

Payments are spread over 3 months*. You can monitor your payment schedule in the app.

Who is the credit provider?

Credit is provided by V12 Retail Finance, part of Secure Trust Bank PLC and trading as AppToPay.

What happens if my treatment costs more than expected?

Firstly, we will make you aware of the situation as soon as it becomes apparent. Secondly, you can choose to have an additional facility to cover the extra costs.

What happens if my treatment costs less than expected?

The remaining balance of your loan will be reviewed by the lender and options for reducing your loan will be discussed.

How often can I use the facility?

You can apply for a payment plan for each course of treatment, subject to status.

How do I complain about my financial product if I am unhappy?

AppToPay is a UK FCA regulated company. If things go wrong, they are there to help. You can contact them and let them know what’s happened, and they will do their best to put things right. In the unlikely event you are still dissatisfied, the FCA regulates your agreement. This means you are entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service free of charge. This should be done as soon as possible if you remain dissatisfied, and no later than six months from the date of your final complaint response.
