As the patient, you may not know if you have the early stages of tooth decay. At your check-up, if your practice offers treatment with Curodont™ Repair, your clinician may offer it, where suitable, as part of your wider treatment plan.
They will explain what you need to know about Curodont™ Repair and, if you’re happy to proceed, they may even be able to deliver treatment within the same appointment.
Afterwards, they will provide you with the guidance you need to look after your teeth at home and ensure the best results for your treatment - this will include applying Curodont™ Protect to enhance chances of treatment success, which is included for free with every course of Curodont Repair at mydentist.
How long does treatment take?
Curodont™ Repair is a quick and pain-free treatment that can often be applied as part of your routine check-up visit. Curodont™ Protect is designed for at-home use and takes only a few minutes to apply after brushing.
Will I feel anything during treatment?
Application of Curodont™ Repair does not require drilling or anaesthesia and is applied in a non-invasive process. It will be applied by your clinician in practice, while Curodont™ Protect is a simple gel you can apply yourself at home.
How much does Curodont™ Repair and Protect cost?
At mydentist, Curodont™ Repair and Protect starts at £140 per round of treatment and includes a free tube of Curodont Protect. Is Curodont™ available on the NHS?
