Etienne has over 20 years experience in the provision of Conscious Sedation to patients with dental phobia in the UK. He is registered with the GMC (registration no. 4562333) and Health Professions Council of South Africa (registration no. MP0350141). Etienne qualified from the University of Pretoria in South Africa. Since qualifying, further training includes Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Paediatric Advanced Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support and Immediate Life Support. In 2003 Etienne was awarded the PDD.SED (Post Graduate Qualification in Sedation and Pain Control) from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. He is a member of the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry(SAAD), the Association of Dental Anaesthetists and Sedationists UK(ADAS) and the Society of Sedation Practitioners of South Africa(SOSPOSA). Etienne has been part of the team at Tring Sedation Clinic since June 2001and is passionate about ensuring that patients are treated in a safe, comfortable and stress free environment.
