Lisa Marie Owens

Lisa Owens has been at the practice since 2012. After finishing school, she almost immediately began training as a dental nurse, first working at a private practice in Rodney street, and then working at our Bootle Practice where she stayed for numerous years until applying for university. She studied at Liverpool University Dental School, after many of years of study, she obtained a degree in Dentistry in 2010. Her twelve months vocational training were spent working over on the Wirral, which she thoroughly enjoyed, and from then she went to a practice on the Wirral before joining us here at Anfield. In 2013 she obtained a certificate in Facial Aesthetics, enabling her to administer wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers. She is also a Denture Excellence brand holder. Lisa enjoys working with children and nervous patients, and understands the difficulties they face , and helping them address their fears. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and helping out in her daughter’s dance school and spending quality time with her family and friends. She says" The job can be challenging at times, but also rewarding, and seeing a patient leaving the practice with a happy smile always make her day."
