Dr. Rodrigo Gutierrez Specialist OrthodontistGDC: 143465BDS (Nicaragua), LDS RCS (England), MFDS RCS (Edinburgh), MSc (Ortho) King’s College London, MOrth RCS (Edinburgh) Rodrigo qualified as a dentist in 2002 at The National Autonomous University of Nicaragua. In 2006 he obtained his first Master’s degree in Orthodontics at the Centre for Latin American Studies in Orthodontics in Mexico City. He then relocated to the UK and spent several years gaining a broad experience in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery working in the NHS hospital posts.He obtained the License in Dental Surgery (LDS) of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the membership of the faculty of dental surgery (MFDS) of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2013.He then commenced a three year postgraduate training in Orthodontics at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, King’s College London and Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead. In 2017 he was awarded a second master’s degree in Orthodontics from King’s College London and the Membership in Orthodontics (MOrth.) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh leading to the registration as Specialist Orthodontist with the General Dental Council in 2017.
