Shahid graduated with a BDS from Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry. He also holds a degree in Applied and Human Biology and has worked for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals. He has completed his MFDS qualification with the Royal College of Surgeons and also holds a PG Cert in Dental and Medical Education. In 2011, Shahid received a ‘Contribution to Society’ award as part of a community engagement project, which has now been implemented within the Dental School curriculum. Shahid is an enthusiastic and keen provider of teeth straightening and is an accredited Premier provider for Invisalign, as well as fixed cosmetic clear braces. He also provides wrinkle smoothing treatments (cosmetic injectables) and provides a wide array of cosmetic dental treatments including composite bonding, veneers and crowns. Outside of dentistry, Shahid has a keen interest in travelling and enjoys keeping fit and likes to spend time with family and friends.
