How do I submit a nomination?

How are the nominations judged?

What happens if I am a finalist?

All finalists will be invited to attend the awards ceremony for a night of celebration, entertainment and a three-course meal with a complimentary overnight stay at a local hotel for themselves and their guests. All finalists will receive a certificate, and all winners will receive an award as well as a certificate of achievement.

When will the finalists be announced?

Following the judging process, we will announce the Excellence Awards finalists on wisdom, Facebook and on this website as well as emailing all mydentist colleagues and clinicians with the announcement. This is likely to be at the end of August.

‍When and where is the awards ceremony?

The 2026 awards ceremony will be held on Friday 16 October, at Manchester Deansgate Hotel.

How can I book to attend the awards ceremony?

All finalists will be invited along with members of their regional support team or line manager. All finalists will also be given the opportunity to bring a guest to the event. Guests must be colleagues from within mydentist.

What is the dress code for the Excellence Awards?

This is your chance to get your glad rags on, whether that’s a tux, a full suit, a shirt and tie or a glitzy dress. This night is for you to feel special so wear what you feel comfortable in but remember, it’s a celebration so no trainers or sportswear.
