Jeena qualified as a dentist from India and then did her Masters in Periodontics from Government Dental College, University of Kerala, India in 2009. She later completed her Masters in Advanced General Dental practice from the College of Medicine and Dentistry, Birmingham in 2022.Jeena joined the GDC register as a Dental Therapist and Dental Hygienist in 2022 and has been practising as a therapist and hygienist both in NHS and private practices in Birmingham.Before moving to the UK, she worked as a private dentist in India for over 10 years developing her skill sets both in general dentistry with special interests in periodontics.A hardworking, friendly and approachable person, she endeavours to make every patient comfortable and at ease. Patient care is at the top of her priority. She enjoys treating children ensuring their dental needs are addressed alongside a calm environment.Outside of Dentistry, Jeena enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and cooking.

After working in Newcastle and Minehead, she then settled down in Birmingham where she is committed to providing patients with best patient care & embodies ethos of providing quality dental care to all. Merin enjoys all aspects of dentistry and provides a relaxed and caring environment for her patients. As a dentist, Merin understands the importance of good oral health to educate and treat the most vulnerable. focusing on preventive care. Her goal was not only to treat dental issues but also to educate individuals on preventive measures, empowering them to take control of their oral health & improve overall oral health outcomes. Outside of work, Merin enjoys spending time with her family & enjoy long walks. In her free time she enjoys to volunteer at charitable organisation

Pooja Bhalla locum

Dr Bhalla qualified in India in 2004, she relocated to the UK in 2006, where she completed her training from Cardiff University and began work in Swansea. Alongside general dentistry, she also achieved an additional master’s degree in Restorative and Aesthetics Dentistry from University of Manchester. Due to her background, Dr Bhalla has a particular interest in restorative and aesthetic dentistry including endodontics. In the future, she intends to complete an additional master's degree in oral surgery and expand her treatment offering to include Invisalign.A passionate dentist, Dr Bhalla prides herself on her calm manner and wants to ensure patients of all ages feel relaxed and comfortable during their treatment.In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, swimming, and listening to music - especially while cooking.
