At mydentist, we understand the importance of work-life balance. In a field-based role you will have travel as part of your role however you do have the flexibility to manage your diary and will have one admin day at home per week.
What is an area development manager or orthodontic development manager?
An area development manager or orthodontic development manager leads the practice teams to delivery outstanding care and manage performance. They also engage with the self-employed clinicians within the practices, ensuring their have the support to fulfil their ambitions.
You’ll spend your time at various practices in your area, working closely with employees and engaging with self-clinicians, to not only increase business performance but also the quality of care provided.
