As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:
Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions

What is the recruitment process like for a practice manager?
In most cases, you should expect an initial screening phone call with a mydentist recruiter, this is a great opportunity to learn more about the role and gives us a chance to assess your suitability for the opportunity.
The next stage is typically an interview with the hiring manager, which may be conducted face-to-face or virtually. At this stage you find out more about the role and responsibilities and the hiring manager can ask you some questions about your skills and experience.
Final stage candidates are invited to complete a short online assessment so we can better understand your personality, behaviours and aptitude. This is a short process completed easily at home. After completion, candidates receive a feedback report.
After the online assessment there is a final stage interview with the hiring manager, where you will be asked for your feedback and some follow-up questions based on the online assessment.
