More about working at mydentist

Award-winning dental care

We're proud to be an award-winning provider of dental and oral healthcare - an achievement only possible due to the dedication of our self-employed clinicians, practice support teams, and Support Centre teams ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care and patient safety across the nation. Learn more here.

Our charitable partners

Our compassion doesn't stop in our practices or when it reaches our patients. We are also proudly partnered with Dementia UK, helping those with dementia manage poor oral health due to difficulty caring for themselves or communicating their needs. We also have a long-standing partnership with Bridge2Aid - providing a sustainable solution to basic dentistry needs in remote communities overseas. Learn more here.

Recognition

We recognise that without self-employed clinicians, practice support teams and support centre teams it would have been impossible to achieve the incredible level of care and dedication that we are able to provide to our patients. That's why we prioritise recognition for the hard work every single day. Learn more here.

What is the recruitment process for Support Centre roles?

The recruitment process for Support Centre roles may vary depending on the role you are applying for. Typically, after you have submitted your application, we will look at your skills and experience to see if you are a good fit for the role. If you are, a member of our recruitment team will contact you to conduct a candidate screen. This is a quick chat to find out more about you and what you are looking for in your next role and is your opportunity to learn more about the role.

The next stage is typically an interview with the hiring manager, which may be conducted face-to-face or virtually. At this stage you find out more about the role and responsibilities and the hiring manager can ask you some questions about your skills and experience. For some roles this may be the final step in the recruitment process.

For other roles the final stage candidates are invited to complete a short online assessment so we can better understand your personality, behaviours and aptitude. This is a short process completed easily at home and candidates receive a feedback report. For all candidates who are invited to complete the online assessment there is a final stage interview face to face with the hiring manager, you will be asked for your feedback on the assessment and report received, you will also be asked some follow up questions arising from the online assessment.
