  • 2.4. sign a treatment plan at the end of that smile consultation referred to in 2.3 above for ClearCorrect Teeth Straightening treatment costing a minimum of £1,490.
• 3. All eligible participants who have complied with 2.1 to 2.4 above will receive:
  • 3.1. a free power flosser (worth £69.95); and
  • 3.2. a free Phillips Zoom! teeth whitening treatment (worth £85) if such treatment is booked to commence within 8 weeks of completing the treatment plan referred to in 2.4 above.
• 4. The total gift package is worth £154.95.

• 3. All eligible participants who have complied with 2.1 to 2.4 above will receive a free consultation (worth £49).
• 4. The total gift package is worth £49.

  • 3.1. a free Philips Zoom! teeth whitening treatment (worth £89) if such treatment is booked to commence within 8 weeks of completing the treatment plan referred to in 2.4 above;
  • 3.2. a free set of retainers with treatment referred to in 2.4 above (worth £200); and
  • 3.3. a free hygiene clean (worth £73).

    • 2.4.1 ClearCorrect Teeth Straightening treatment costing a minimum of £2,490; or
    • 2.4.2 Invisalign Teeth Straightening treatment costing a minimum of £3,165.
• 3. All eligible participants who have complied with 2.1 to 2.4 above will receive a free Philips Zoom! teeth whitening treatment (worth £85) if such treatment is booked to commence within 8 weeks of completing the treatment plan referred to in 2.4 above.
• 4. The total gift package is worth £85.
• 5. Due to the popularity of this event and the value of the gift package, a deposit of £20 will be required on booking.  This deposit will be refunded to you on attendance of the consultation referred to in paragraph 2.3 above (either by deducting it from the cost of the treatment referred to in paragraph 2.4 above, or by way of direct refund on the day, whichever is appropriate).  This deposit will be non-refundable if you fail to attend the consultation without providing the practice with at least 24 hours’ notice.

    • 2.4.1 Enlighten Teeth Whitening treatment costing a minimum of £550; or
    • 2.4.2 Philips Zoom Whitening take home kit on the day costing a minimum of £299; 
• 3. All eligible participants who have complied with 2.1 to 2.4 above will receive:
  • 3.1. a free Philips Sonicare 3100 toothbrush (worth £20.95); and
  • 3.2. a free hygiene clean (worth £58) 
• 4. The total gift package is worth £78.95.
• 5. • 1. The promoter of the offer is Whitecross Dental Care Limited trading as {my}dentist, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registration number 244415 and with its registered office address at Europa House, Europa Trading Estate, Stoneclough Road, Kearsley, Manchester M26 1GG (the “Promoter”). 
• 2. Subject to these terms and conditions, the prize below is available to be won by anyone who attends the hygiene event between 17th June 2024 and 20th June 2024 with Dr Chris Whitaker (when the offer shall automatically close) 
  • 2.1. The prize is for a water flosser worth £69.95. 
• 3. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the specification of the prize and to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.  
• 4. No cash alternative to the prize will be available and the prize, nor any element of it, is not transferable, even if the winner is deemed unsuitable to receive it.
• 5. The prize draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 who are willing to travel to the Practice.  It is not open to any employees of (or clinicians engaged by) the mydentist Group, or any members of their immediate families.  Participants will be verified for eligibility.  
• 6. The winner shall be chosen at random by the Promoter on 21st June 2024 (the Draw Date”) from all valid entries received by the closing date referred to in paragraph 2 above. The draw will be conducted in accordance with the laws of chance and will be independently generated.  If a non-conforming entry is drawn it shall be disqualified and that ineligible entrant shall not be awarded the prize. 
• 7. The Practice will announce the winner on the Draw Date on social media, in the practice and notify the winner directly.  The winner must contact the Practice within 7 calendar days of the announcement to claim their prize which must be used within 6 months of the event date.  If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within this timeframe the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.  
• 8. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy.  Please see condition 7 above with regard to the announcement of winners.  
• 9. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.  The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or to refuse to award the prize, to anyone who breaches these terms and conditions.

  • 3.1. £500 discounted from the cost ClearCorrect Teeth Straightening treatment referred to in paragraph 2.4 reducing the cost from 4,300 to £3,800;
  • 3.2. a free set of retainers (worth £500); and
• 4. The total gift package is worth £1000.

  • 2.3. book an appointment with either Dr Amrita Sokhi or Dr Mohini Patel and attend a smile consultation at the Practice on 5th April 2024; and  
  • 2.4. sign a treatment plan at the end of that smile consultation referred to in 2.3 above for one of the below treatments:
    • 2.4.1 ClearCorrect Teeth Straightening treatment costing a minimum of £2,995; or
    • 2.4.2 Invisalign Teeth Straightening treatment costing a minimum of £3,500.
